USER GUIDANCE AND AUTOMATION

Leo is an innovative Help and Automation tool developed by Kryon Systems. I accompanied this start-up company from its very early inception and concept phase till its first product launch.

The product provides walkthroughs which guide and assist users in their  tasks. The product comprises two main applications: A) Authoring environment used by content developers to record and edit scripts. B) Script running environment which is used by end users to search and run scripts.

I worked closely with the CTO, product manager, and the engineering team. I was very involved in the product definition process, created the concept design and detailed design for the entire product as well as accompanying the graphic design and usability testing.
